Planning and cooking what to make and eat for my family is always on my mind. Our cupboards and fridge are usually full and yet I can’t think of what to make. And how do I make sure that I have dinner on the table before my 3 kids breakdown from hunger?
When I was working full time this was constantly on my mind along with everything else. When I cut back on my days of working, I have been even more committed to making a plan on the weekend for the week ahead and sticking to it to ensure that I am exposing my kids to new things and providing them with a balanced diet.
